Frequently asked questions
Do you come to me?
Yes. We do on-site mobile detailing at your home or workplace across Bay City, Saginaw and Midland. In Bay City we also offer free pickup & drop-off.
How much does a detail cost?
Packages start at $150 for a Wash, Clay & Seal and $250 for an Interior Detail on a car. See all prices, or build your detail to see your exact starting price.
What are your hours?
Mon–Fri 8am–4pm. Our Bay City shop is at 3787 Wilder Rd, Ste D. Book online any time.
What do you detail besides cars?
Trucks, SUVs, vans, boats & marine craft, RVs, campers & trailers, and fleet vehicles.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a card on file for every booking, but nothing is charged when you book. Cancel or reschedule at least 2 days (48 hours) before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours are charged 50% of the booking total to the card on file.
Do you offer free pickup and drop-off?
Yes, in Bay City. Everywhere else we come to you.
Can I choose mobile or in-shop?
Yes. Mobile service comes to your home or work. In-shop is at our Bay City shop, Mon–Fri 8am–4pm.
Is the engine bay included in any package?
No. It's a $75 add-on for any package.
What's the Winter Armor Package?
Our coating package with a 5-year coating, from $1,475. See details.
How are boats and RVs priced?
By the foot, based on the service and condition. The booking builder gives an instant estimate.
Do you take photos of my vehicle?
Yes. Before and after photos and a pre- and post-inspection on every job.
Will you charge me for extras without asking?
No. If something needs extra work, we show you, give you a price and only do it if you say yes.
What areas do you serve?
Bay City, Saginaw and Midland first, plus Oakland County, west Lansing and Livingston County.
